Orders and Shipping

Orders typically take 3-5 business days to process, and shipping times vary based on your location. You will receive a tracking number to your Email Address once your order is shipped. Click on My Account Page on Footer Menu (bottom of our Homepage) & Simply click on the “Sign Up” button at the top of the page, fill in your details, and follow the instructions to complete the process.

To change your shipping address, log into your account, go to “Account Settings” or “Address Book,” and update your shipping details before placing your order. If your order is already placed, contact our support at: [email protected] team as soon as possible.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use that number to track your order on our website or through the shipping carrier’s website. If you have any issues, contact our support team at [email protected].

Please keep in mind that we do not store your credit card information on file. Your payment details are 100% processed securely during checkout.
